Leslie Hebron Brown

Leslie started her career working for a buyer agency commercial real estate brokerage, identifying off-market properties in Boulder for Student Housing developers and REITs. She moved to New York City and worked at premiere advertising agencies, handling $15 Million budgets for American Express. Leslie brings a diverse background and experience in marketing luxury brands. Leslie and Kim started Colorado Craft Brokers in 2014 in order to create a company that bridged the gap between the mountains and the Front Range, allowing their brokers to work across multiple markets and across residential, commercial, and business brokerage. Leslie’s expertise includes land entitlement and assembly, commercial real estate leasing and sales, business valuation and listings, and residential listings and sales. Today, she is the SVP of Investment Sales at Avison Young in Denver. Leslie lives in Park Hill with her husband, Matt, their son Miles, and their golden retriever, Moose. In her free time, Leslie loves to ski, travel, cook, paint, and play the piano.
